2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All product descriptions, including weights and sizes, are approximate. Fresh truffles are natural products and may vary in shape, size, and appearance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Orders are confirmed only when we send a confirmation message. Payment details (bank transfer or other agreed method) are arranged directly with you. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
4. Pricing
All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices for fresh truffles may fluctuate based on seasonality and market conditions. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most European countries and select international destinations. Fresh truffles are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging via express delivery. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping is available on orders over €100 within the EU.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh truffles, returns are not accepted for fresh products. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Non-perishable products (oils, condiments, gift sets) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Albanian Truffle and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Albanian Truffle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albania. For EU consumers, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
